The Best Accommodation

The Best Accommodation

On our multi-day tours you can be sure of a warm welcome and a comfortable night's rest. That's because we'll help you find the perfect accommodation, whatever your budget.

We provide a courtesy booking service for all the accommodation that you'll need during your tour. In keeping with our company commitment to support Scotland, we'll book you into family-run accommodation in small villages and towns where you'll find a genuine Scottish welcome and real Scottish style - no faceless hotel chains in big cities for us.

You can choose from a range of accommodation styles and budgets. Whichever you choose, you'll get a door-to-door drop off and a guaranteed best price. What's more, as you pay your host directly, you'll know exactly where your money's going. Options include:
  • Hostels (£15-£20 pppn)
  • B&Bs (£25-£45 pppn)
  • Small Hotels or Guest Houses (£45 pppn +)
Hostel cost only covers dorm beds. When you book a B&B or hotel room please specify single, twin (two separate beds), double (single bed for two), or family room. Hostels have cooking facilities (some with breakfast as an added extra); all other accommodation comes with a delicious breakfast included in the price.

You're always welcome

"It's always a pleasure to invite people to stay at my guesthouse in Oban. My husband and I pride ourselves on the old-style Scottish hospitality we offer. We love to make people feel welcome and I always make sure that my guests are well looked after so that they are really set up for the day's tour ahead.

Our guesthouse is comfortable and cosy and full of charm and character. I take a personal pleasure in seeing that all our visitors feel as if they're in a friendly home-away-from-home. I certainly enjoy cooking the type of breakfasts my mother used to cook for me: Old-fashioned porridge made from oats soaked overnight and a cooked breakfast featuring the best black pudding and other local ingredients.

We're lucky enough to be in a great position close to the centre of things. I love telling people about the town and letting them know what they can see and where they can go for a good meal or a relaxing drink. Seeing people enjoying their time in Scotland is what really makes me tick. That's why I always look forward to welcoming the latest group from Highland Experience, hearing about their adventures and giving them a fantastic stay."
