Protecting wildlife is an important element of our tours. We would encourage all customers to keep an eye out for the beautiful wildlife that you encounter on our routes.

Capture videos, photos and send them to us! Let us know where you spotted them and we will continue to assist in the best practices to protect their environments.

In 2017 we decided that rather than send Christmas cards we would donate to MacMillan Cancer Support and send out one of their fantastic e-cards.

Our £200 donation will help Macmillan to be there for people living with cancer and their families, giving them all sorts of support when they need it most. This could be anything from a chat with someone who understands, to providing expert cancer information they can trust.

In 2017, a group of us from Highland Experience took part in the Kilt Walk, walking either 5, 12, or 26 miles for our chosen charities. So far we have raised £1,553.86 for: Cancer Research UK, Fresh Start, The Scottish Wildlife Trust and Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We are welcoming any further donations until the end of October, so if you would like to support any of our chosen charities you can do so here.

The Highland Experience team have taken part in the Race for Life event a number of times to raise funds for Cancer Research. Highland Experience will always match the funds raised each year, having so far raised £3000 since 2013. This is a fantastic achievement and a fun event we enjoy taking part in and we hope to continue the success of this fundraising event every year!

We continue to support RESTART (formerly Astell Foundation). The aim of this charity is to improve the lives of socially excluded people by assisting them with employment, education and housing opportunities.
