A tour package like no other, so you just need to turn up at the departure point and enjoy your trip to the fullest.

COVID-19 UPDATE: For the time being we are only offering Bed & Breakfast Ensuite accommodation, to ensure everyone has their own facilities whilst touring with us. You can of course still book your own accommodation – don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about this!

Our Packages

By taking care of every detail, we trust we will deliver the best possible experience. That’s why we offer a courtesy booking service for all accommodation.

“No words can convey the appreciation to Highland Experience Tours for the amazing package they put together. The guest house accomodation provided was first class, i would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about booking this tour to have no hesitation, so worth it!”

Our Accommodation Choices

Q. What is the accommodation you use like?

We work closely with our accommodation providers to maintain the best standards of accommodation throughout Scotland for all of our tours.

On our multi-day tours, we offer a choice of accommodation in order to ensure there is something suitable for all budgets and requirements. This includes Hostel, B&B, Superior Guest House and Hotel accommodation.

This means not everyone on your tour will be staying in the same place. If travelling in a large group, we may be unable to accommodate you all in the same property but will do our best to ensure you are located close by.

In some locations, accommodation may be located up a steep hill, or a short walk away from restaurants. If you have any mobility issues, please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate you accordingly.

Accommodation is not included in the tour price, below is an estimate of the costs per bed or room night.

Once you’ve booked your accommodation, you’ll need to contact us at [email protected] and let us know where you have booked to stay. Please, only reserve accommodation within the overnight towns that your tour stops in. If you’re unsure, please check with us first.

Your driver will drop you off at your chosen accommodation as long as it’s relatively central. What if I cancel my tour at short notice?

You may be liable for the cost of your first nights’ accommodation for each separate accommodation booked. If you cancel less than 7 days before departure, you may be liable for all your accommodation costs.
