2. Overview

This Promotion applies to Highland Experience Tours’ Black Friday offer of 25% off gift cards. Purchase or redemption of promotional gift cards constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Gift Card Validity & Use

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Redeemable only on scheduled group tours (day tours & multi-day tours).
  • Not valid for private tours, bespoke itineraries, whisky tours, third-party services or bookings made through external agents.
  • Can be redeemed online through our website using the unique code provided.
  • May be gifted and redeemed by another person.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed solely against Highland Experience Tours products and cannot be used for any external or third-party services.

4. Limitations

  • All promotional gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
  • If a tour exceeds the gift card value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • Gift cards purchased during this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, partner offers or special deals.
  • Not valid for private tours, bespoke itineraries, whisky tours, third-party services or tours booked via external agents.
  • Refunds issued due to customer cancellation will be returned as credit on the same gift card balance.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards may be reissued at our discretion with proof of purchase.

5. Availability

  • Promotion runs until the end of the sale window or earlier if sold out.
  • Once the promotional allocation is sold, the 25% discount will no longer apply.
  • Highland Experience Tours may modify or end the Promotion at any time.

6. Tour Conditions

  • Tours are subject to availability and minimum passenger numbers.
  • Highland Experience Tours may modify or cancel tours under standard company policy.
  • If the company cancels a tour, the customer may rebook or receive credit back to the same gift card.

7. Errors & Misuse

  • Highland Experience Tours is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details supplied at checkout.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse may result in cancellation of the gift card without refund.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms without notice. Changes will not affect previous purchases.
